Safer-Sidewalk does great work. I don't have time to navigate the city website, or try to figure out how it works. I didn't pay anything upfront at all. It took a few months, almost a year, and the city approved me for $7,000 to fix my sidewalk. Easy peasy. I highly recommend them.
